What Causes Growing Bruise Like Red Spots On Arms?
I have small red spots that come up on my arms and they grow until they become big red spots that look like bruises but they are not. The skin is so thin that any bump or small scratch breaks the skin really bad. I have used Betamethasone for a long while and it does nothing. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

You You need a direct consultation about the rash in order to get to an accurate diagnosis. Also, do a blood count with formula and platelets count. Do also biochemical blood balance.
