What Causes Growth Of Lumps On The Collarbone And Close To The Armpit?

I have a lump on my collar bone which has been their for months, I am due for some scans. However I now have a small pea sized lump like a ball about my breast near my armpit, on the same side as the one on my collar bone, I have also developed a cough?

lumps could be just a mass of soft tissue or may be enlarged lymph nodes as a sign of any infection or inflammation in the neighboring tissues or even rare but worse a sign of an underlying cancer...kindly get a thorough work up for the same of which a Surgeon's opinion is paramount and primary
