What Causes Growth Of Mass In Chest Area Leading To Painful Cramps?

I have a mass that I recently found on my right rib cage. I do occasionally have cramping type pain in that area. I ve had frequent infections since October & occasional swelling of my groin lymph nodes. I have also had night sweats for some time but never associated it with anything other than hormonal issues. I ve also had pain in my right foot, almost like athritis pain but I m only 35. Now that I put all these symptoms together, I m worried it could be something serious. Should I see a doctor immediately?

Hi,
i prefer you are seen and investigate by a doctor. The cause for the mass may be many. The other features make me think the cause to be infection. Still The exact reason cannot be told without the tests being done. Hormonal issues may not be the cause for your mass but still cannot rule out.
