What Causes Growth Of Small Strands On Clitoris Causing Discolouartion?

What I believe to be my clitoris gland or little strands around my clitoris that somewhat look like antennas ...could also be the prepuce? Well one is swollen and turning purple at the end. It is causing me discomfort and I do not know why it is like that. Is there anything I can do.?
