Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain bleeding from gums seems to be due to infection in gums known as
Gingivitis and in case if it occurs while sleeping it might be due to
mouth breathing habit and due to drying and irritation of the gums due to continuous exposure to air can lead to bleeding..
As it started during pregnancy it is due to hormonal imbalance and if there are infectious deposits over the teeth the inflammation can exaggerate..
Excessive salivation can be felt due to mouth breathing itself as the saliva drools out if you sleep with open mouth..
Other cause of excess salivation can be
acid reflux..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you scaling of the teeth to remove the infection from teeth followed by antibiotics and gum paint application..
In case if you have mouth breathing habit you can apply a simple trick by sticking a vertical strip of micropore tape over the closed lips to enforce
nasal breathing..
Mouth guard can also be worn at night for relief..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
