Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain bleeding from gums can occur as a result of deep seated infection in the gums leading to inflammation in the gums and due to breakage of fragile blood vessels formed during the inflammation can lead to bleeding..
If it is in a single tooth region it can be due to some food
impaction in the gums or due to deposits like
plaque and calcified deposits like calculus can lead to pocked formation which is a space between the gums and the surface of tooth which act as a potent space for bacteria to grow and deepen the infection..
In case when the infection reaches the nearby
lymph nodes the nodes gets swollen and as the infection is reduced the swellings subsides..
I would suggest you to
consult a dentist and get evaluated for the exact cause of the problem and get treated.. In case of
gum infection scaling which is professional cleaning of the teeth and gums followed by antibiotics and gum paints can provide relief..
Ask your dentist proper way to brush the teeth and flossing also..
Hope your query is solved..
