I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain pain and burning sensation in gums along with burning and pain in lower jaw can be due to a deeply decayed tooth.. In case if there is an partially erupted wisdom tooth the burning sensation and pain can be due to inflamed gum flap around the wisdom tooth and it can also be the cause of pain in jaw.. While as you are diabetic and if the burning and pain in gums in generalized it can be due to dryness in mouth causing burning mouth syndrome.. Any confirmed diagnosis can be given only after a thorough clinical evaluatin and investigations if required and treatment can be planned accordingly.. As of now you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash, take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen and drink plenty of water.. Avid spicy food and maintain a good oral hygiene..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
