What Causes Gurgling Noises In The Stomach Along With Spotting?
For the past 3 weeks I ve been spotting. MY period is very irregular but these last 5 months, it s been coming every month, except these last three weeks. Very light spotting I feel like I have little gas bubbles in my stomach and my stomach is making all kinds of noises, my upper stomach feels tight like something is squeezin me. My pelvic area feels cramplike once in awhike as well. WHAT S going on? Could I be pregnant?

Irregular periods and spotting can be caused by a few causes and pregnancy is one of them and the first to rule out.
I would recommend you to have a urinary pregnancy test at home to rule pregnancy out. To be sure you can repeat the test in 2-3 days if it is negative the first time.
