What Causes Gurgling Stomach When Diagnosed With Vitamin D Deficiency?
I have bubbling in my stomach and once before my doctor heard it and he seemed like he questioned it so he had me pee in a cup and that s when they found out I had a lack of vitamin D but the bubbling in my stomach has been there for a couple of months
Noted your history of gurgling sound in stomach for a couple of months. Gurgling in stomach can be due to the following reasons: Intestinal obstruction the cause can be stricture, kinking due to non-specific cause or due to specific causes like Tuberculosis. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consult a General Surgeon for clinical examination and get the investigations of stoll, blood and urine. Contrasts enhanced CT scan of abdomen with Enteroclysis is the best investigation to know the cause. If obstruction is present you may need medical management Surgery to correct the cause may be needed and can cure your problems.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
