What Causes Gynecomastia And Sensitivity In The Nipples?

HI. i AM A 78 YEAR OLD MALE, WHO S BREAST GREW REALLY FAST RECENTLY, AND FOR SOME REASON ARE VERY SENSITIVE TO TOUCH AROUND THE NIPPLE. i ALSO RECENTLY STARTING TAKING OMEPRAZOLE 40mg TABLETS ONCE A DAY OR EVERY OTHER DAY AS A NEW MEDICINE. i SEE WHERE ANTACID MEDICINE COULD POSSIBLY BE THE CULPRIT TO THE GROWTH. THEY HAVE STOPPED GROWING (I THINK!), BUT ARE STILL VERY SENSITIVE. I HAVE BEEN SCREEED FOR CANCER AND HAD AN MRI THAT SHOWS NOTHIG ABNORMAL. CAN YOU HELP ME??
