Dear it is very important to find the cause of your excessive hair growth or hirsutism.
Are you experiencing any other symptoms like weight gain and irregular menstrual cycle besides excessive hair growth. The most common cause of hirsutism in your age group is hormonal imbalances which are related to pathology of the ovaries.I would suggest you to meet your ob/gynae doctor to get an abdominal scan to find the exact cause of hirsutism and address it first.Once the cause is treated you will automatically be able to get rid of excessive hair growth.
I will be happy to know if you have found answer to your query
Thank you
