What Causes Hair Loss And Lumps In Breasts After Taking HCG Shots?

I ve been taking HCG shots for over 70 days & suddenly notice hair loss & tons of lumps in both breasts? I do have fibrositic breasts but never these many hard mass lumps? Should I cold turkey & just stop this HCG or do I need to ease myself off of them?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are experiencing hair loss & lumps in breasts, these are side effects or adverse effects of HCG shots that you are taking.

Since you can feel hard lumps in your breasts you should inform it to your treating doctor & get clinically examined at the earliest. Get biopsy, blood & imaging tests done & get treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
