What Causes Hair Loss At The Site Of Injury On Head?

I m 22 years old I recently a few weeks ago ( 3 weeks) head my head on a machine at work. It left a bump but no bleeding and my scalp looked normal but I have noticed that my hair is now thin and has fallen out a little where the injury occurred. Will my hair grow back? Is it going to continue to fall out?

1. It could be possible that the head injury was to the hair roots which generate the hairs, [which may result in death of the hair follicles] thus consult your physician [preferably dermatologist] for an examination for any infection or collection of blood in scalp.

2. If after examination your hair follicles are alive thus one can go for topical steroids/solution and/or injection under scalp otherwise hair transplant is the option.
