What Causes Hair Loss,gout And Pain In Back Of Knees After Diagnosed With Dengue?

Dear Doctor, I had dengue fever in late Jun n recovered early Jul, fever n skin rashes gone n white blood platelets back up to normal. But in late Aug or early sept, i realised my hair is falling off, more than usual, after daily wash. Im not sure if this is a result of of dengue n should i just wait it out for the hair loss to resume to normal. Also i have been experiencing start of gout again, pain at the back of my knees this week. Im wondering if this is the result of my taking collagen supplement, Decolgen or my diet, mainly vegetarian with lots of nuts n grains n beans or could the gout be in any way related to my candida yeast infection which i hv already recovered from.
