What Causes Hair Thinning Upon Intake Of Cytomel?

Good Evening: I have been prescribed the generic form of cytomel to increase my T-3 levels, but after taking 10 mcg for awhile I have noticed my hair getting thinner ans scalp showing, I am thinking of decreasing my dosage to 5 mcg per day before my appointment with my endrochronologist in a few weeks, do you think that will help?

No, you shouldn't reduce the dosage of the cytomel since it may need to be increased to treat the hypothyroidism that is responsible for the hair loss
