What Causes Hallucinations While On Arpizol And Pacitane?

Hi i am a acute psychosis patient i had taken medication for 6 months and stoped taking it for the last 6 months. I see that this is effecting my work as i am not able to concentrate and taking longer than usual time to work . My prescribed medication:(arpizol 10mg) and pacitane 2mg this was prescribed 2 months earlier and now i am facing halocinating and assuming things ... so do i need to increase the intake?? And i had a problem with my eyes when i was taking the medication in the past when i wss taking qutipin

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the hallucinations are not the side effect profile of the aripriprazole, but it is under control or uncontrolled psychosis underlying which is pausing problems.

* My guidelines at present

- though there is apparent need of raising the dosage of the drug, I would recommend to call office of yor doc before further decisions
- discuss the problems with eye, vision alteration as blurring or else, while taking the medicine with your consultant
- meditations , relaxation techniques and YOGA are essential part of speedy natural recovery.
