What Causes Hallucinations While On Invanz?

My Mom has Actinomyces, and the CDC doctor prescribed Invanz. My mother was incoherent today, and was in a daze. She was also having hallucinations. I read the side effects of this drug, and none of the symptoms my Mom is exhibiting seem to be caused by this drug alone. Could it be a drug interaction with other drugs she is taking?
