General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think this can be related to carpal tunnel syndrome. Overuse of the hands especially working on computer makes it worse. Take anti-inflammatory drugs such Ibuprofen for pain. Have rest as much as you can.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
