What Causes Hand Shivering When In A Gathering?
When I get nervous or in a room full of people my hands get really shakey, I tried holding a cup of tea the other day in a room full of people & I had to put it down because my hands were shaking that bad. When I have to do presentations or something similar I feel sick to the stomach & get really nervous.. why is this caused?

1. You should practice your presentations beforehand in front of mirror or in front of your friends at home.
2. Tablet inderal 20mg taken half an hour before public appearence can reduce anxiety symptoms.
