Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hand tremor while writing. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like low blood sugar , too much coffee and tea or essential tremor. If your problems with your fingers occur only during specific tasks such as writing, one possibility is what is termed focal task-specific tremor or dystonia. Performing the same task in the same position will repeatedly trigger the tremor/dystonia after a certain amount of time, but performing the same task in a slightly different position would not. The symptoms can also be first sign of Parkinson’s disease or psychogenic tremor . I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe atenolol , gabapentin , clonazepam or botox injections . In some cases doctor may recommend physical therapy or surgery .
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
