What Causes Hand Tremors When Under Stress?
My concern is that at times my hands become very shakey. It does get worse when I m nervous or anxious. But there are times where I may be trying to bring a cup to my mouth to drink. It is very embarrassing and noticeable. Several years ago I was told it may be benign tremors. Just wondering if it s time to go back for another opinion. Thanks.
