Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was prescribed Nadolol many years ago for PAC, shaking hands, anxiety and blood pressure. Insurance company switched me to Metoprolol. My blood pressure is higher, some shaking is going on again, I feel light headed when moving too fast, and I sometimes hyperventilate again as prior to the Nadolol. They denied my doctor s request for the Nadolol. Would you know why?
Use tablets like alprazolam or diazepam etc under your doctor advice for anxiety then your symptoms may improve. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care
