What Causes Hand Tremors While On Omega-3-acid Ethylesters?

my mom was just recently put on omega-3 ethyl esters gm cap.she took it today at 1pm.now she had a shaking hands fast and felt sweety and lost her ballance.should i take her to er .her shaking has slowed down.i checked her bloodpresure it was 120/7o heart rate 96

Yes, you can take her to ER if she is having tremors though it reduced it will be wise to get her Lipid profile done to check for triglyceride & cholesterol. Her dose of Omega 3 fatty acid will depend on the reports. Her doses need to be monitored. She looks a little low on BP, keep her well hydrated with ORS & well fed. Check her blood-electrolyte balance and give multivitamin supplements.
