Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
IN the given situation of Yours,You seem to suffer from-?TOS(Thorasic Outlet Syndrome)-V-(Venous)with axillary/
subclavian vein Thrombosis
( Paget/Schrotter Disease) .
Other causes-as Pectoralis Minor Syndrome(PMS)/SOL(Space Occupying Lesion) in Mediastinum etc.
CT Chest and physical examination with Orthopedic Surgeon and Chest Surgeon would fix the diagnosis.
Cause of pain on extension of biceps-
This pain is due to
thrombophlebitis in axillary/subclavian veins in to which basilic and cephalic veins along biceps drain in to. This is due to Subclavian / n / or
Axillary Vein compression from narrowed collar bone space and or/ from pectoralis minor compressing axillary vein(PMS-Pectoralis Minor Syndrome)
So stop these medicines and Consult with Chest and Vascular Surgeon and get USG with Colour Doppler Study to assess the UEDVT(Upper Extremity
Deep Vein Thrombosis)
Physiotherapy and blood thinner with Per cutaneous Direct Catheter
thrombolysis is needed.
