What Causes Hard And Round Stomach, Especially, While Standing?

Hey my name is gabraella and im on this birth control called nexapolan (implant) and I ve been feeling like I m pregnant lately before I had gotten the implant I was already feeling cramps and and a bit sick but I took a pregnancy test before I got the implant in it was negative .a couple days after the implant my stomachs was slightly getting tighter and hard now my stomachs really round and hard but that s only when I m standing when I sit or lay down it feels soft in normal i also feel like little kicks now and then but idk what I should do you think it s the implant ?or am I actually pregnant ?

You have to get an ultrasound. One urine pregnancy test doesn’t always guarantee hundred percent accurate result. Please get it asap.
