HI,
You have
constipation with blood in stools occasionally.
- Do you have motion with painful bowels? Is the blood in motion is accompanied by mucus? such signs suggest bowel infection ( mostly amoebic/ bacterial/paracytic)
In such a case you need to get your stools examined for microscopic examination, consult your doctor & have specific treatment to cure it.
_ get a
rectal examination by a surgeon,to exclude piles. Take treatment of piles if it's there.( add schtiz's bath to your daily routine if advised by surgeon.
_- some times wrong eating habits, lac of exercises, lac of digestion,
stress produce constipation which can be taken care of by simple life style changes.
* Take a nutritious diet with lot of fresh vegetables/salads/fruits.(rich fibers). Avoid junk/fast food
* drink lot of fresh water/fluids through out the day. !)-15 glasses depending on season)
* do regular exercises for 30 minutes , Brisk walk for 45 minutes /day.
* have a sound sleep. avoid stress.
* try to be self sufficient in day to day life.
In absence of bowel infection, all these things, with occasional laxative to start with would remove your problem enroot.
thanks.
