What Causes Hard Feel In Upper Abdomen With History Of Suffering From Pancreatitis?

Hi,I had a Whipple Procedure fine years ago due to pancreatitis. For the most part I have been fine but for the last two days I have noticed my upper abdominal area getting harder and notice both sides feeling strained when I take a deep breath. Can you help me with what this might be?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, at evening time, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
