What Causes Hard Knot Like Feel On Left Side Of Chest?

My left side always feels like my ribs are in haled. As if my stomach was already sucked in.if I try to suck in my stomach the left side does nothing as if it already is. N almost feels flipped around. All same problem but where my ribs r bunch up the side of my back left side there a knot I try to massage somtimes helps with getting a burp or fart out. Ah it s as is my left side is in flamed also. It helps when i got to the bathroom almost like it helps lower things.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hard knot like feel on left side of chest. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like sebaceous cyst , malignancy , skin cancer , haematoma , ganglion , fractured rib , lymphadenopathy or lipoma . I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically by checking tenderness and consistency . Doctor may also take sample for lab test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also recommend radiotherapy or may refer you to orthopedic surgeon for rib fracture . Fo now apply warm compresses several times a day .
