What Causes Hard Lump At The Upper Thigh And Pelvis Crease?
I have a 2 inch lump along the right crease where the symphysis pubis and the thigh meet. It is hard and only a slight pain or uncomfortable feeling when I press on it to locate it. It doesn t move and I only noticed it 4 days ago... I don t have a fever or anything but I have developed some small bumps on my inner right labia. Is this my lymph node?

The lump at upper thigh and pelvis crease indicates possible sebaceous cyst as there is slight pain or discomfort and there is no pain or fever. The swelling over labia may be secondary to associated fungal or bacterial infection as labia does not contain lymph nodes for enlargement.
