What Causes Hard Lump On Arm After Smoking Meth?

I shot up meth about 7 days ago and now there are two hard lumps next to each other. At first it was swollen and hot now it is just hard as a rock (nearly protruding from my arm). Almost like the vain was split in two but I don t think I actually hit the vain. I m a little scared and don t have money for ER nor do I want anybody knowing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

these are common problem occur due to damage to veins also called as speed bumps. i would advise you not to inject the drug in those veins. other wise it can lead to more complications like abscess or collapsed veins.
