I was hit in the face about a week ago. It left a large bruise on my left chew with a small amount if swelling. The bruise is pretty much gone and the swelling has gone down. However there is a hard lump under the skin that remains. You can't see it by just looking at me but I feel it when applying my makeup. I can even clasp it between two fingers. It has a small amount of tenderness but not much. What could this be? And will it go away with time?
