What Causes Hard Lump On The Calf?

I have a fairly large lump on the calf of my left leg. Approx. 4 inches down from my knee in the middle of my calf. No pain but is hard and large. I am a 19 year old male. I ve had it since I can remember. It grows as my calf grows so pressuming it s also muscle.

After going through your history, it is quite difficult to diagnose and comment about the calf swelling.
You should be examined properly by a surgeon..the site , size, colour , consistency , tenderness everything about the swelling should be examined properly...
Some probable differentials are calf muscle hematoma ,lipoma or any benign swelling.. It may be a simple muscle hypertrophy but again you should be seen by your doctor as seeing is believing.....
