General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

In this location most probable is benign soft tissues lesion which gives some compression on spine. It can be a sebacues cyst or lipoma. Both are benign, and do not turn into a cancer.
I suggest you to consult your doctor, have soft tissues ultrasound to confirm this diagnosis. Such lump can be removed with local anesthesia and small incision.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
