What Causes Hard Lump Under The Chin During Pregnancy?

I am pregnant and have had a sinus infection my throat has been sore and tons of mucous but throat had started feeling better ... Last night I felt a quarter sized lump right under my chin in the middle it is sore to touch and kinda hard what is this?

Well come to HCM
Sinus is such inflammatory changes that can be well treated even without the medicine and you are pregnant so no medicine is advisable here, better to drink more water have some hot drinks, steam inhalation, lump that you have noticed could be the lymph node and this is also not to worry, everything would be fine, take care and have a nice day.
