What Causes Hard Lumps Under Each Testicle Causing Uneasiness?
I have been experiencing what seems like the tails of my epiditimises getting really hard ONLY while i m erect, after that it disappears. My testicles are kinda uncomfortable at times but other times it s not noticeable. I got a ultra sound and the doctor said it was Hydrocele but my scrotum doesn t seem filled with liquid. It s only a very distinct hard lump that seems like a tube under each testicle. Could it be Hydrocele or do you think it s something else? Thank you for your time and help!
Hello dear I understand your concern Your symptoms could be due to Vericocele, Epididymitis, Cyst of epididymis, Cancer of testis, STDs: syphilis and gonorrhoea, Hydrocele: swelling is soft and non-tender, large in size on examination, and the testis cannot usually be felt
You should consult experienced surgeon and do following test: 1. Blood: CBC, ESR 2. STD screening 3. USG and colour doppler of testis 4. Biopsy should be take from testis if needed
Specific treatment depend on cause. Meanwhile take tablet ibuprofen and prescribed cefuroxime Apply warm pad application, wear pure cotton loose inner wear, wear scrotum supporting devise Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
