What Causes Hard Movable Lump In Between The Mid Cheek And Nose?

I slipped on a cement floor over a week ago. It happened so fast , my feet out from under me, I landed first on my side then hit my face on the left side; cheekbone area. Awful bruising & swelling. I iced. It s gone down but I can feel a hard lump about the size of a marble mid cheek towards my nose. It seems movable.

is it painful or not ..??.. it can be a zygomatic fracture to the maximum which can be easily diagnosed bt orthopantogram radiograph...if not so severe and painful it can just be a hematoma...apply ice for a week and it should subside
