What Causes Hard, Round Lump In Pubic Area Near Labia Majora?
I noticed a smooth dark(black maybe dark red) lump in my pubic area right on the edge of the pubic area near the labia majora . It is smaller than a BB but small, round and hard in shape like one. It couldn't have been there more than a week and I'm pretty sure it just showed up overnight.

From history it seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection.
Go for one oral antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
Keep local hygiene proper.
