What Causes Hard Small Lump On The Front Of Tibia Bone?

Hi I have a hard small lump on the front of my tibia bone about half way between my knee and ankles... It feels like part of the bone and as hard as the bone. Its about 1cm or less in diameter and doesnt seem to hurt when touched. IS this something that needs to be checked out ? I m 35 year old male with no other health concerns.

It could be an Osteoma secondary to some minor trauma. It is usually Benign and doesnt cause any complication. Just that it can interfere with daily activities. You can get it removed by any Orthopaedic Surgeon without much hassle.
