What Causes Hard Spot On The Elbow After A Fall?
i fell down some stairs a couple weeks ago and bruised my elbow really bad the bruise is almost completely gone but there is a hard spot on the elbow that is sore to touch. I can still move my arm and extend it. It is still a little sore if i put pressure on the elbow.
