What Causes Hard Stools And How To Improve My Bowel Movements?

I have been constipated for about 7 months now.I am able to have BM s but I have had many times where I have had to manually disimpact myself with a lubricated gloved finger. I am now noticing that my BM s are very small, hard, balls and I can feel them through my vaginal wall. Honeslty, the easiest way to go to the bathroom is to squeeze it out by placing my thumb in my vagina and index/middle finger squeezing the outside of my buttocks. I just don t know what to do about this.

Hi,
From history it seems that you got absolute constipation and require enema to clear fecolith and clear colon.
Afterwards go for mild laxative daily at night for few days.
Do abdominal recti muscle exercise daily to stimulate peristalsis movement.
Take plenty of water.
Take more fiber containing diet.
Ok and take care.
