Hello,

First of all, I can suspect she may be having a problem with her diet. You may need to increase the fiber in her diet giving her more fruits and vegetables and integral bread. She can chew food by herself so give her not blended food. Increase the water intake to her.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
