What Causes Hard Stools Surrounded By Yellow Liquid?

Hi, My stool actually burnt hair, as I swept up a bit and put it in the toilet earlier. It felt like marbles coming out, and filled the entire bowl, surrounded by yellow liquid. I have a fatty liver, but have changed my diet and taken supplements for a month. Is this a good sign?

may be linked to fatty liver. have liver function test. fatty liver and diet restriction might cause constipation have to drink more water and-fiber rich food like oat and ragi colour of stool yellow can be linked to fattyliver
