What Causes Hard Tissue Inside Vagina During Pregnancy?

HI my wife is 13 weeks pregnant. After a hot shower she noticed some hard tissue inside her vagina. Nervous we called the local urgent care and they couldnt help, they said come in to see. She isnt bleeding, no pain or cramps- just some swollen tissue. Any suggestions.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion it's good that there is no pain or spotting or bleeding.But it needs a vaginal examination for definite diagnosis.Dont worry.It might be some discomfort in vagina making you feel like mass.But anyway physical examination will confirm.
