What Causes Hard Vein In Penis When Erect?

I have recently noticed over the last three weeks when my penis is erect right around the head a vein that goes across the bottom is very hard very weird and when it is the soft it still feels a little bit hard what could this be . And this is not a joke

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

The hard vein on penis on erection is totally normal. Actually it is Dorsal deep vein draining the penis.
On erection there is localized increase in pressure inside penis (due to filling of corpora cavernosa with blood). So this dorsal deep vein becomes hard & more visible on erection.
