What Causes Hardness In The Stomach And Pressure In The Chest?
53 year old male. For the past 2 days his stomach has been very hard but is not tender or painful upon palpation. He states he feels like he can t breathe due to the pressure on his diaphragm. He is also very tired and feels like he has no energy at all; just wants to sleep. Today he has had diarrhea several times. After one of these episodes, he had quite a big amount of emesis. He has not thrown up in approx 20 years. He has no medical issues & is not on any medication.

It can be due to some abdominal infection for which you can take antibiotics like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal- spaz for pain and fever. Take syrup asthakind for chest tightness and plenty of oral fluids to maintain the fluid balance.
