Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern. as per my knowledge he needs assessment of the lymph node if it is swollen and non tender for a long time. Meet your doctor and ask for an FNAC of the lymph nodes, Blood investigation in the form of complete blood picture with peripheral smear which will definitely put some light on the symptoms that he is having and help in further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
