What Causes Swollen Lymph Node In Groin Along With Stiffness In Neck?

My husband has either a swollen lymph node or a femoral hernia. The Doctor thinks it is just a lymph node. He also has a stiff neck, which he thinks is muscular, but I think may also be lymph related. He has no fever, and feels fine otherwise. Could the two conditions be related? What are the symptoms of a lymphoma, or leukemia or other lymph related cancers?

Hi there..do not worry....A stiff neck is certainly not lymph related... regarding the swollen lymph node or hernia your not sure about... hernia usually reduce in size and get be pushed back... if it feels hard, round, not painful that it might be a lymph node thats enlarged , secondary to some infection elsewhere around the groin or abdomen area. If his Complete blood profile counts are normal , then theres no leukemia . keep awatch,as long as the lymph node size does not increase or turn painful.. nothing absolutely to worry about. Relax he has no fever... he is fine and healthy.Take care
