What Causes Head Spinning And Sleeplessness?

sir, Good Evening. I am aged 56 and a female. My weight is 47 Kg. I have two children and have NO health problems till a week ago except cervical Spondilytes. Recently a week back one night My head started reeling and I could not sleep even. I went to doctor who prescribed VERTIN 16. What more precautions are needed sir.

Well come to HCM
In my opinion this may not be vertigo, if the symptom improved with the given drug then keep this continue, if the symptom appears again then this may need some investigation, like EKG, and CT brain, and of course blood glucose level would be necessary, hope this helps.
