What Causes Headache, Abdominal Cramps, Chest Pain And Lower Back Pain?

I have been sick for the past week and my symptoms are Bad headaches Terrible cramps Chest pain My lower back hurts Sharp and bring pain in my right side I can t eat anore without getting sick to my stomach And when I use the bathroom and wipe it s thick white stuff

Hello,

Very likely you are having a gastroenteritis infection and because you have those thick white stuff when you wipe, a bacterial cause should be considered.
You might need to use antibiotics like azithormycine to help in case of a bacterial infection is the cause and also make sure you do take paracetamol and ibuprofen and plenty of water as well.
