What Causes Headache , Abdominal Pain And Back Pain?

Hi I have been extremely tired lately which lasted for a few weeks along with several pregnancy symptoms and I have abdominal pain with headaches back aches and constipation. I could have swore I knew I was pregnant until I started spotting which is red/pink and watery. I also took a pregnancy test which came out negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Hi,
If you have always had regular cycles with normal flow, have a missed period now followed by this abnormal discharge, are sexually active without any contraception, then you are likely to be pregnant. Home pregnancy tests read well 3-7 days after a missed period when performed with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If in doubt, you can get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres. If negative, you are likely to have a hormone imbalance which needs to be attended to. Hope this helps.
